Chua takes time out for khenduri

chairman Chua Jui Meng today took time out from his busy schedule to attend a khenduri (wedding reception) in Taman
Universiti.
It
was the marriage of Gelang Patah PKR committee member Osman Adam’s second
daughter Norashikin, 25, to Mohd Eshadiq, 26.
Norashikin
works in Johor Premium Outlet and Eshadiq in Tanjong Pelepes Port.
Osman
had also at 10.30 last night attended a Gelang Patah PKR meeting to discuss and
finalise certain preparations for the coming 13th General Election.
He
then treated Chua and party division leaders to supper in his house at 11.30pm
where tents, chairs and tables had been set for the wedding reception.
Chua
led an entourage of Gelang Patah PKR election campaigners to the kenduri at 12.30pm today where they
spent about an hour before leaving for two programmes.
The
first programme was to check out the woes of the Kampung Simpang Arang Seleta
Orang Asal community.
The
second was to help resolve the land issues of a Hindu Temple in Taman Impian
Mas (formerly Sunnsee Estate).
